Kelakar Dalam Pantun Melayu Kuansing

Pantun memang bisa masuk kedalam segala lini kehidupan, seperti yang saya ceritakan dalam tulisan Mengenal Tuah Pantun Melayu. Pantun dalam segala aspek kehidupan itu juga termasuk Humor dalam Pantun Melayu atau sering dikenal dikalangan Orang Melayu yaitu Pantun Kelakar. Namun Pantun Melayu Sebagai Karya Sastra Klasik itu telah mulai pudar dikalangan anak muda Melayu, Khususnya di Riau, kita sudah jarang melihat karya-karya sastra yang memuat pantun-pantun kelakar atau cerita-cerita lucu.

Sebagian besar karya sastra yang lahir dari sastrawan-sastrawan Riau, baik itu berbentuk puisi, prosa, maupun drama cenderung berisi kepedihan-kepedihan yang jauh dari unsur lucu. Bisa jadi hal tersebut diakibatkan situasi dan kondisi kehidupan masyarakat Riau, yang sering tercermin dalam karya sastra, yang tidak menggembirakan. Menjadi korban ketidakadilan pemerintah pusat dan berbagai persoalan di daerah yang juga sangat memusingkan dan memprihatinkan, tidak habis-habisnya memunculkan karya-karya luka.

Padahal menurut Hasan Junus, sebuah penelitian asing pada abad ke-18 menyebutkan bahwa salah satu ciri orang Melayu adalah periang dan suka melucu (Berdaulat, Juli-September 2000, hal. 7). Tradisi ini sebenarnya sudah pula diteruskan oleh M. Kasim dan Soeman Hs. melalui karya-karya prosa mereka. Seharusnyalah dengan keadaan yang demikian, di Riau lahir karya-karya yang humoris, yang bahkan sanggup menertawakan kepedihan dan luka yang dialami.

Walaupun karya sastra di Riau dewasa ini tidak banyak yang bersifat lucu, tetapi karya-karya sastra lama Melayu Riau ternyata cukup banyak memiliki unsur-unsur humor. Beberapa yang patut dicatat, seperti cerita Pak Belalang, Yong Dolah, Pak Pandir, dan sebagainya.

Di Rantau Kuantan, yaitu daerah yang sekarang termasuk ke dalam kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, dikenal karya, seperti randai yang kental unsur humornya. Demikian pula dengan pantun yang sampai sekarang masih hidup di dalam masyarakat. Beberapa pantun, terutama yang bersifat sosial budaya kerap memuat unsur humor dan beberapa di antaranya akan dibahas dalam tulisan ini

Ditutuah buluah botuang badotak-dotak
Ayam bakukuak di bawah dapuar
Sangek baruantuang urang pokak
Mariam babunyi enyo tatiduar

(ditebang buluh betung berdetak-detak
ayam berkokok di bawah dapur
sangat beruntung orang pekak
meriam berbunyi dia tertidur)

Pantun di atas memang tidak serta merta membuat orang yang mendengarnya tertawa terbahak, yang ada barangkali hanya tersenyum simpul. Akan tetapi, sebuah sastra lucu memang tidak harus membuat orang tertawa terbahak-bahak (Berdaulat, Juli—September 2002). Hal ini berbeda dengan cerita lucu yang hanya mementingkan kejenakaan semata. Sastra lucu atau sastra yang mengandung humor, selain membuat orang tertawa atau tersenyum, haruslah pula mengandung pesan-pesan yang berguna bagi yang membaca atau mendengarnya, seperti yang dikatakan Hasan Junus dan Sapardi Djoko Damono. Pendapat senada diungkapkan pula oleh Mahmud dkk. (1994:3) di dalam penelitiannya Humor di dalam Sastra Klasik Sulawesi Selatan bahwa suatu gejala humor yang bagus, selain harus dibawakan dengan lucu, harus pula membawa suatu pesan.

Sepintas lalu pantun tersebut menertawakan dan menyindir kemalangan orang-orang cacat. Menurut teori humor superioritas, yang dikembangkan oleh Dunlup (1925) Leacock (1935) Rapp (1947) (Goldstein dan McGhee via Yunus dkk., 1997:7), humor memang dapat terjadi karena adanya “kelebihan” atau keunggulan atas orang atau pihak lain. Kegembiraan akan timbul bila seseorang membandingkan dirinya dengan orang yang lebih tidak menguntungkan posisinya, misalnya karena lebih bodoh, jelek, lemah, dan sebagainya. Suhardi via Yunus dkk. (1997:2) di dalam bukunya Jenis dan Fungsi Humor dalam Masyarakat Aceh, menganggap humor itu merupakan tingkah laku yang “agresif”; dalam humor pasti ada yang “dikorbankan” (diejek, direndahkan, atau dihina).

Di dalam pantun di atas, kemalangan orang-orang cacat tersebut memang dapat mengundang kelucuan bagi yang mengucapkan dan mendengarkannya, kecuali yang disindir, tentu saja. Akan tetapi, apabila diperhatikan lebih jauh, pantun tersebut tidak hanya sekadar mengundang kelucuan dan tawa saja. Pantun-pantun tersebut menyampaikan pesan yang mendalam bahwa keadaan yang cacat sekalipun patut disyukuri karena dengan kecacatannya tersebut ada manfaat atau kelebihan yang mereka punyai yang tidak dipunyai oleh orang yang sempurna secara fisik. Pada pantun di atas disebutkan bahwa orang yang pekak (tunarungu) dapat beristirahat (tidur) dengan tenang tanpa harus terganggu oleh suara-suara bising yang berada di sekitarnya, bahkan bila suara yang bising itu adalah meriam yang tentu sangat keras suaranya.
Perhatikan pula pantun berikut.

Buluah botuang ditobang rato
Banyak tacampak dalam ayiar
Sangek baruantuang urang buto
Indak nampak urang mancibiar

(buluh betung ditebang rata
banyak tercampak dalam air
sangat beruntung orang buta
tidak nampak orang mencibir)

Pada pantun ini, humor dibangun masih dengan memanfaatkan kesuperioritasan si pembuat/pengucap pantun dari orang-orang cacat. Akan tetapi, lagi-lagi kecacatan, dalam hal ini kebutaan, dianggap sesuatu yang patut pula disyukuri karena mereka tidak tahu ketika mereka dicibir oleh orang lain. Ketidaktahuan ini justru berakibat baik karena membuat hubungan antara si pencibir dan orang yang dicibir menjadi tidak terganggu atau lebih buruk.

Mempunyai orang tua (bapak) yang cacat, sumbing misalnya, tentulah bukan hal yang menggembirakan atau membanggakan, bahkan keadaan yang demikian dapat menjadi bahan cemoohan dan gurauan bagi orang lain. Kesan itu pula yang mula-mula tampak pada pantun ini sehingga orang yang dijadikan gurauan atau orang yang punya orang tua dengan kondisi yang demikian di dalam pantun ini dapat saja tersinggung. Akan tetapi, ada hal yang dianggap menguntungkan dari kondisi bapak yang sumbing bagi si anak, yaitu wajah bapak dianggap tidak akan pernah terlihat marah atau bengis dan selalu tertawa.

Masih mengenai orang yang tidak sempurna secara fisik, pantun selanjutnya berbicara mengenai orang yang mempunyai kaki yang pendek atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah cebol. Kondisi tubuh yang cebol memang menyulitkan, terutama untuk melakukan beberapa pekerjaan yang menghendaki tubuh yang tinggi, seperti mengambil barang yang terletak di atas lemari, memperbaiki atap dan sebagainya. Keadaan ini diperburuk pula oleh anggapan orang yang berlaku umum, yaitu bahwa tinggi merupakan salah satu syarat bagi suatu “kesempurnaan” fisik. Akan tetapi, di dalam pantun ini orang yang mempunyai kaki pendek dianggap mempunyai keuntungan dapat menyuruk di bawah dada. Menyuruk di bawah dada sendiri dapat menimbulkan senyum karena asosiasi yang kemudian muncul di pikiran pendengar atau pembaca, asosiasi yang menjurus pada hal yang bersifat sedikit porno. Pengungkapan kepornoan tersebut memang tidak dibuat secara langsung berhubungan dengan hal-hal yang tabu, namun humor ini yang diungkapkan melalui pantun berikut, dapat dianggap mengikuti teori tabu atau teori kelepasan.

Sedikit berbeda dengan pantun-pantun sebelumnya, pantun di bawah ini, unsur humor dibuat dengan ketidaklogisan perbuatan yang dilakukan oleh tokoh yang ada di dalam pantun. Perbuatan memberi makan ke dalam sangkar yang burung di dalamnya sudah mati, tentu saja menimbulkan kelucuan, sebab hal tersebut merupakan perbuatan yang tidak masuk akal dan sia-sia. Akan tetapi, pantun tersebut tidak hanya menimbulkan kelucuan saja. Ada pesan luhur yang ingin disampaikan. Mengartikan makna pantun di atas tidak bisa secara harfiah. Artinya, yang dimaksud di dalam pantun tersebut bukanlah pemberian makan pada sangkar yang kosong. Pantun tersebut lebih pada kiasan mengenai orang yang kehilangan istri, yang karena kecintaan dan kesetiaannya pada sang istri membuat sang suami tetap selalu mengingatnya, walaupun sudah meninggal sekian lama.

(Sudah tiga bulan kami ke mari
Eloklah makan berdua-dua

Humor memang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pemancing tawa dan senyum atau penghibur hati belaka. Dibalik perilaku humor yang terkadang sadis, seperti tampak pada beberapa pantun di atas, terkandung saran dan pesan untuk melihat segala kekurangan yang ada dengan sikap positif. Dengan demikian, akan muncul rasa syukur kepada Allah terhadap apa pun yang ditimpakan-Nya pada kita.

Pekanbaru - Number of foreign tourists (Wisman) who visited the Riau Province in October 2009 reached 23,441 people. That number is down 21 percent when compared to the number of foreign tourists in the same month in 2008 who reached the figure of 37,000 tourists.

This figure is a heavy blow to the condition of Riau tourists. But on the other hand, the number of local tourists if it actually increased over the previous year. Data in October 2008 reached 2.1 million increase in 2009 was the year to 2.3 million people.

a great potency to be developed as agro tourism area especially for orange
plantation, Coffe, clove, and other similar vanily plantation.
This agro tourism object is managed under the Village People Turn Sidan and it
decline has been since there was a ruined TWISTER Turn Sidan Village. As
consequence agro tourism object nowdays no longer exist.
Based on this condition that it seems to be some action need to be taken
to find the best solution on how to manage re-agro tourism object at Turn Sidan
Village introduce by supporting as culinary tourism attraction / element for
previous object.
Culinary tourism is one kind of tourist activities that focus on development
of traditional food. Visitor can enjoy many kind of food that provide variety by
local host. Culinary tourism through local people can increase their economic
income. Local women organization need to be involved in relation with creation
of making food product that has specification with local taste. Those products will
present in attractive way so it can attract visitors to taste it.
